Child Safety Standards

ROK has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We explicitly prohibit, on every ROK surface:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — real, edited, or generated imagery, video, audio, or text that sexualizes a minor.
• Grooming: befriending or manipulating a child to enable sexual abuse or exploitation, on or off the platform.
• Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a child using intimate imagery.
• Sexual solicitation of a minor, and any predatory or inappropriate sexual interaction directed at a child.
• The sexualization of minors in any form, including in comments or profiles.
• Trafficking of a child or advertising a child for sexual purposes.

Any account engaging in this conduct is removed from ROK. This applies to every member, everywhere ROK is available.

Every post, comment, and reply in the ROK app carries a ••• menu with a Report option — an in-app mechanism any member can use, with a dedicated child-safety reason. Posts reported for child safety are removed from public view immediately, before human review. Every report — on a post, comment, or reply — is reviewed by our team, usually within 24 hours, and repeat or severe violations end in permanent account removal. Members can also block anyone via the same menu.

When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we remove it, terminate the accounts involved, and preserve and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate authorities, as required by law. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where ROK operates, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations into harm against children.
