Delete your ROK account

What gets deleted

• • Your profile — name, email, photo, postal code, and login
• • Your @handle, which is released and becomes available for someone else to claim
• • Your acts of kindness, which are removed from the feed, map, and pond
• • Your group memberships
• • Your cheers and any linked social accounts
• • Your notification settings and push registrations

Points that your acts contributed to other members' totals are reconciled by our team rather than reversed automatically, so someone you inspired does not silently lose their score. Comments you left on other people's posts may remain, shown without your name.

If you have lost access to your account, email ROK@KindnessWorldwide.org from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days. Tell us your @handle if you remember it. You do not need the app installed.
